Glowing varied greens of peridot are showcased in these earrings. Arresting fire is lifted from a pear cut of the gem in the center. Extending from the sides are marquise cuts, a slender shape that accentuates the sparkle. At the top and bottom are smaller pear cuts of the gem. Peridot is renowned for its ability to retain its glimmer in low light, while also being one of two gemstones formed in the mantle of the Earth, prompting gem quality to be rare. The collective weight of the gems is 23.24 carats. 18k yellow gold sets the design. Clip-backs attach the earrings, which measure 22mm (width) by 28mm (length) by 17.55 mm (depth).
