Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Shipments

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, fully insured at no additional charge.  The shipping method used is based on the total cost of your purchase, before tax or applicable discounts.

Delivery of Packages

Delivery timeframes vary by zip code.  For security reasons, Valentin Magro New York does not disclose the tracking numbers of shipments that have been made to either a business or a residence.  If you have inquiries regarding the whereabouts of your package, please contact us.

 

Signature Required

For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature.  If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please make sure an adult authorized to sign for you will be present at the designated shipping address.

If your package needs to be rerouted to a different address please contact us.

 

International Shipments

International shipments typically take 2 to 4 days to arrive at the designated country and approximately 2-3 more days to clear customs.  Please note that delivery times will vary by country.

The cost for shipping to Canada is $75 and shipping overseas costs $100, including the insurance value for your purchase. All overseas and Canadian shipments are subject to Taxes/Duty of the recipient’s country.

Valentin Magro New York is not responsible for any duties or VAT charged to you by your local customs agency.  Please contact your local agency before placing an order, as prices vary according to country.  Your local customs agency will notify you of the arrival of your package.  Once you paid all applicable duties your package will be released and shipped to its final destination.  International Shipping charges are not refundable.

It is important to note that on all international orders, the billing and shipping address must be the same.

 

APO and FPO Shipments

We ship orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses fully insured at no additional cost via USPS registered priority mail. The shipping period for your package depends on the ultimate destination.  Your parcel should be delivered within 10 to 12 business days but could take longer. Due to security concerns delivery information is not available for orders going to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Return Policy

It is our goal that you are pleased with your purchase from Valentin Magro New York.  If however you are not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund or exchange.  The merchandise must be sent back within 30 days of receipt with postage paid for by the customer.  For more information on returning an item please see the guidelines written below.

You may contact us at +1-212-575-9044, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.  We will authorize your return and issue an identification number.  Please mark the clearance number on the outside of the box you intend to send to us. Returns will not be accepted without this data.

All items must be returned with the security tag attached, unworn, undamaged and in their original jewelry boxes.  There cannot be scratches, marks or other signs of wear on the item, nor can the product be altered in any way, such as re-sizing.  Items received without the security tag attached, or show traces of deterioration, damage or modifications will not be refundable.

All ORGINAL diamond or colored stone certificates as well as a copy of the invoice must be included in the package in order for a full refund to be issued. No exceptions.

Special orders such as custom mountings or jewelry items that you request are not refundable.

All packages must be sent insured for the full value of the item(s).  IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST AND UNINSURED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE ITEMS.  We recommend you ship your package through USPS Registered mail.  Please contact us if you find any problems insuring the package.  You can e-mail us at service@valentinmagro.com or call us at +1-212-575-9044.

Packages must be received at our office within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

Once we receive your returned item and it has been approved for a refund or exchange, we will process it as soon as possible.  Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made.

Valentin Magro New York is not responsible for any packages it does not receive nor returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines.
