A golden pyramid begins the design with a single bezel set brilliant cut diamond in the middle for a flickering accent. The arrangement continues with a voluminous pear-shaped lapis lazuli as the final touch. The total weight is 0.25 carats of 2 brilliant cut diamonds of DEF color and VVS2 clarity and 44.92 carats of 2 lapis lazuli. Double groove friction backs join the ears to the earrings. Measurements for the earrings are 0.5 mm (width) by 1.13 mm (length).
