A cushion-cut spinel is the crown of this ring, while rows of 18k yellow gold trace its outline, including a braid of gold. On each shoulder of the ring is a bezel set brilliant-cut diamond for a shimmering underscore. The band is also trimmed with a braid of gold for texture. The total weight of the gems is 3.33 carats of spinel and 1.5 carats of brilliant cut diamonds.
