The two have been romancing around the world playing games with the media for a very long time now. However, it has been 7 years and we all knew by now that the announcement was soon to arrive. Finally, long overdue, the 26-year-old Oscar winner has declared her love for her Phantom Planet lead vocalist boyfriend by announcing their engagement after returning from Tokyo this year.
