The motif begins with a cushion cut blue topaz, showcasing vivid blue from the translucent gemstone. A claw prong is on each side, while a triangular pave diamond prong is on the top and bottom. Suspended is an azurite malachite in its naturally formed blue, green, and brown patterns. Gold tab prongs and triangle-pave diamond prongs secure the gemstone for geometric sparkle. The total weight is 0.29 carats of 36 round brilliant cut diamonds, 9.76 carats of 2 cushion cut topazes measuring 10 mm, and 20.15 carats of 2 special cut azurite malachite measuring 19.30 mm by 20.32 mm.
