A small turtle is imagined in coral, diamonds, and emeralds for this brooch. A large oval carving of coral in a deep saturated red bordered by smaller carvings forms the shell. Individual brilliant cut diamonds are dispersed between the coral for a flicker of light. 18k yellow gold with pavé set brilliant cut diamonds is sculpted as the limbs, tail, and head with detail given to the nose. A pair of bezel-set emeralds serve as the eyes. The total weights are 16.2 carats of coral, 0.34 carats of emerald, and 3.62 carats of 132 round brilliant cut diamonds.
