An elongated motif is created by a round cut of peridot and three teardrops beneath, with their points upward. Next a gold link secures a descending teardrop of citrine. Peridots remain one of the only gems to be in a single color and able to maintain their striking hue in low light, while citrine is known for its durability. The total weights are 17.9 carats of peridot and 11.98 carats of citrine. Each gem is secured by 18k yellow gold, which lifts the radiance within each gem. Clip-backs attach the earrings, which measure 0.75 inches (width) by 1.75 inches (length) by 0.25 inches (depth).
