A pear-shaped carving softly rotated sideways is the heart of the design, surrounded by a pair of marquise and three pear carvings. Round prongs hold each gemstone in place and allow the light to pass through the peridots for an arresting glow throughout. The total weight is 16.9 carats of 12 marquise and pear-shaped peridots.
