Madeira citrines are placed in open back settings allowing light to travel through and underscore their deep oranges. A single round jewel serves as the base, supporting a cluster of round, square, rectangular, and pear gems. Brilliant style cuts fill much of the design, with sleek step cuts serving as sleek contrasts. Everything is set in 18k yellow gold. The citrines weigh a combined 44.05 carats.
