A single round jewel serves as the base, supporting a cluster of round, square, rectangular, and pear gems. Brilliant style cuts fill much of the design, with sleek step cuts serving as sleek contrasts. Everything is set in 18k yellow gold. The citrines weigh a combined 44.05 carats.
