Suspending beneath is an 18k yellow gold cap with four extending arms, each with an individual bezel set diamond, securing a teardrop lapis lazuli. This warm metal complements the dots of gold natural to the gemstone. The total weight is 0.41 carats of 18 round brilliant cut diamonds of DEF color and VVS2 clarity and 47.6 carats of 2 pear-shaped lapis lazuli. Measurements for the earrings are 12.8 mm (width) by 37 mm (length) by 13mm (depth).
