The translucency of the glistering gemstone is enhanced by the surrounding eight brilliant cut diamonds. The total weight of the gems is 2.81 carats of brilliant cut diamonds of DEF color and VVS2 clarity as well as 59.63 carats of four fancy shaped gemstones. 18k yellow gold sets the design.
