Suspending from an 18k yellow gold lever back encrusted with brilliant cut diamonds, an oval faceted brown topaz is turned on its side. A bigger oval brown topaz follows underneath. Double claw prongs of 18k yellow gold secure both gems. The total weight is 0.18 carats of 10 brilliant cut diamonds, 17.93 carats of brown topaz measuring 16 by 12mm, and 3.91 carats measuring 9 by 6mm. Measurements for the earrings are 0.64 inches (width) by 1.34 inches (length) by 0.37 inches (depth).
