Round carved amethysts are strung on coordinating colored thread in groups of seven, displaying their transparency. In between the strands of amethyst is a single baroque pearl, cradled by gold loops. Depth and light are produced from the ridges and smooth surfaces of the pearls for a silky complement. The total weight is 257.46 carats of 7 baroque-shaped pearls measuring between 22.55 mm and 27.30 mm, as well as 681.96 carats of 58 round-shaped amethysts measuring between 11.70 mm and 12.10 mm. An 18k yellow gold knot and toggle fasten the necklace.
