While 87% of the women voted for studs, only 38 and 37% voted for hoops and drop earrings respectively. When women were asked what kind of jewelry they like to have stones in, the answer came in a half-and-half proportion. 63% said they like their earrings to feature colored stones, while 51% spoke in favor of colored fashion rings. 46% said they like colored gems in their necklaces and pendants while a 34% said they are likely to wear colored stone bracelets.
